Artists Default Workflow

We know that every event is different and will have its own unique quirks and workflows, these default workflows are the recommended way to work within Festival Pro, but by no means the only way.  However we have set up the workflows based upon what the majority of events using our platform require.

This video should give you a good starting point for working with Artists.

Artists 

1. Get artists in your system via either an application form, a csv import, or adding them manually. 

2. Give your artists their required Accreditation, Accommodation, Travel, input their fee and anything else in the Artist panel etc... And schedule their stage times in either the festival calendar or shows calendar

3. Check and setup your Advance Sheet

4. Send Advance Sheet to artists and collect information

5. Send Artists their live schedule

6. Scan artists in on the gate
