Using Profile Photos

It is possible to collect somebodies profile photo as a primary contact field. You can find this primary contact field whenever you add a new field on a form.  By adding this onto an application form, or grouped with a contact collect in for accreditation, the photo will live in the persons relevant profile field. 

Here is an example group for collecting crew members details, their estimated arrival and departure times and their profile photo. If used as a standard standalone field then it will be the lead contact we are asking for their photograph.

Once uploaded this photo can be referenced and placed on ticket designs using the mail merge <?CONTACTPHOTO?> within an image box.
