Article summary

Ambassadors are part of our social ticketing solutions. A way to incentivise your customers to upsell in return for rewards. These rewards create a unique link for each of your ticket purchasers, which they can then give to others as an affifiate link.  Upon successfully completing a task they can receive a reward created by yourself. 

At the top of this screen, much like with discounts, we are able to see all the active rewards that you have setup, alongside how many sales are needed and any date restrictions upon the reward.

Adding a new reward

Ambassador Reward Title - The title you would like this reward to have. It is recommend that the title reflect the reward requirements.

Description - Describe clearly what the reward offers, any extra information they may require

Image - This is the image that is shown on the ticket purchasers panel next to the reward options

Number of bookings to qualify - This is the number of tickets needed to be purchased via their affiliate link to gain the reward

Reward Type - To choose between the reward being a free item or a discounted item

Rewarded Item - This the item you wish to give as a reward. You

Valid From / To Date -  This is the dates you want the reward offer to start and end.
