Changing you logo and background

Your chosen Festival Logo and Background will be displayed in the background of your forms. You will have chosen to upload these images when setting up your system but if you need to change them at any point you can do this via the config login. Then on the menu selecting Update Logo/ Background.

There is another way to update your background and logo and this is to manually do what the above menu item does. Also under config, navigate to settings -> correspondence and locate the MAILMERGE field. This stores information that is used throughout the system, such as your event date but also your logo and bgimage. If you upload a new background to your public files you can simply replace FESTIVALBGIMAGE::/public/759.png with FESTIVALBGIMAGE::/public/YOURNEWIMAGE.XYZ.  The same applies for FESTIVALLOGO.

Repointing Your Menu Items

There are some menu buttons, such as View All Applicants and View Advances which are in effect links to our default forms registrations list. If you create a new form you might try to click this link and be presented with an error saying "No access to this form". This is because the menu item is looking for a form which is closed or archived.  In the same mail merge section we looked at to manually change your images, you can also manually repoint these forms.  To do this you need to get your new form ID number, this can be found by going dashboard -> forms and clicking settings on the form you want to point to and looking at the url. https://example.festivalpro.com/?showEventSettings&TABID=fieldspage1&EVENTID=5392I

In the mail merge you would put the relevant form ID in the correspondence. For example if updating view all volunteer applicants link, we would need to link to our current volunteer application form.  Let's say the url above is for our new form. In this case we would replace VOLUNTEERFORMID::5075 with VOLUNTEERFORMID::53921 and save the changes at the bottom of the page.  You will then find View All Applicants will work and point to your new form.

You can do this for the following menu items

VOLUNTEERFORMID::xxxx

VENDORFORMID::xxxx

VENDORADVANCEFORMID::xxxx

ARTISTADVANCEID::xxxx

SPONSORFORMID::xxxx
