How to create physical tickets in Festival Pro

Although most ticketing can be done via emails and PDF, there is a way to create tickets you can print and distribute however you see fit. 

The first thing we should do is create a new form, to do this, log into your config account and select "Add new form" at the bottom left of the screen.

After doing this make sure you have a first name field, a last name field, and an email field.

The final thing we will create is a counter field with a maximum number based on how many physical tickets you would like to generate, in this example we will do 50.

We will ensure that this field generates a ticket by making the form settings correct (Send tickets to main booker inside settings, make sure it is a public form)

You should have something that looks like the image below.

Once you have all of this created you can fill in the form

Go to the registrations of the form and see the information you entered

If you click "View" and scroll to the bottom of the page you will see the option to "View Ticket/s"

From here you will be able to download the PDF and do what you need with the tickets.

A few things to note, you can do the same thing on an active ticket form, if you use field options and make the option, "admin viewable only" however this could affect your statistics when viewing.

You can also create different counter fields for different ticket types if needed.
