Email Templates

You can find your email template list under Files->Templates.  We have a bunch of default templates in here that you can edit and adjust, copy and change, or you can create you own using the add new button at the bottom of the page.  Within one email template you can mail merge in various fields and use auto-login links to send unique individual forms to your system users in bulk.
When creating a new email template or editing one you will be presented with a screen that allows you to give your template a name and what will show up in the subject line to the recipient.

You can use the wysiwyg editor to compose your email template.  You are best placed to use Auto-Login links within these emails to other forms, as you will be mailing this to people within your system. Mail Merges will pull in any information that has been saved into the recipients relevant connected profile field.

Once completed and saved this email template will show up in the dropdown box of templates which appears when sending emails to individuals or in bulk. When sending Bulk, the merge fields will show in the preview as <?FIELDNAME?> in the same way they do when creating the template. When previewing the template on an individual you will see the pulled in information.

Remember, if you are sending someone a link to a form which is auto-login. You must send this link via an email or email template from within festival pro.
