Ground Transport Calendar

You can locate your ground transport calendar upon your dashboard under the Calendars widget.  The calendar is called Travel - Ground Transport.

This calendar will give you a visual representation of any information that you have added in the Ground Transport fields of the travel panel. 

Much like the shows or festival calendar, you will be presented initially with a week view and can click into the day view by clicking the name of the day on the calendar. This will give you more information.

You can add to somebodies ground transport schedule also via this calendar. To add a journey simply click the + button next to a time and then typing in the name of the artist or contact. 

Changing view

As default the calendar will load showing you the routes, you can use the drop down bar to change this to show you the vehicle type or the drivers. For example you could flip to the drivers calendar to see any schedule issues for driver allocations, or vehicles to see none are double booked. 

Changes

Any changes you make to an item of ground transport on the calendar will reflect in the artist profile and therefore also their schedule. For example dragging an artists journey to a different driver, will change that on their schedule so they know who to look for at pickup.
