Changing the accommodation fields

By default a new festival pro system will come with a number of dummy hotel names. To change these fields or add new fields to your accommodation section you need to log into configuration and amend them under the Profile Fields tab. 

The section coloured in Blue is the grouped together fields for each individual hotel entry that you see in the accommodation panel. So when you choose 'Add Another' the group in blue will reappear letting you input anything in that section again. 

You can click on Options to alter the Hotel Names and input the ones that you will be using for your event. If you have any other items of information not directly related to a specific booking or searchable tags you want to log regarding accommodation you can create new fields outside the Hotel group.   For more detail see adding custom profile fields.
