Managing a bookmark and live export links

Bookmark Management Screen

Manage your bookmarks will allow you to see all bookmarks on your profile and also see others books marks if they have "Team Viewable" Toggled to Green/On.

 
You can also use the edit button to change any bookmarks you have made, you can change the name of bookmarks, or change the fields selected if it is an export

How to share bookmarks and bookmarked exports with people outside Festival Pro

We can also share these export bookmarks to people who do not have access to your system. Pressing "Manage my bookmarks" Will take you to the bookmark list screen, from here we can copy the link next to your new bookmark and share it with external individuals.

This is useful for giving a stage manager the run sheet for a particular stage, or a driver their expected schedule, this link will update any information relevant to them as you make changes in the system. A link made like this for an XML or JSON export can be pulled on as a webhook api.
