Multi Event Fields

How Multievent works with fields in the system

If you have a multievent system its likely that certain fields will need to be shared across events but also some fields may need to be unique per event so lets talk about that here.

Firstly, to look at your fields make sure you are logged in as a config user, then navigate to the profile fields tab, once here select artist and then press edit on "performance fee". 

Inside the edit option you will see a dropdown called "Data" in here you can decide how the field will interact with the rest of the system.

Data on all events

Any data inside a company profile will be shared along all multievent versions of the company, so if you have one artist assigned to 3 events the performance fee will be the same across the system.

Data per event

Any data inside a company profile will be different along all multievent versions of the company, so if you have one artist assigned to 3 events the performance fee will be different in every system

Field on this event only

The field will only be visible in this multi event and not visible in any others (Very useful for keeping your events tidy)
