Article summary

Making forms/contacts event specific in the Multi Event platform.

Forms work in multi event in the same way they do on a normal Festival Pro System, if you need more information regarding forms please look at the forms section of our documentation.

There are a few unique things we can do in Multi event forms. Firstly if you want a form to show specifically under one event and not there other you simply need to open the form in question -> Go to form settings -> Select "Tags for registrants" -> Select the general tab -> Under the event field select where you would like to form to be stored.

By selecting multiple events in this tab your forms will show under multiple events.

You can now see when I am in the Scissett Fest event I can see my chosen form.

On Jackfest this is hidden.

If you have any contacts in your system who haven't come through a form with the event setup on tags for registrants, you can set them manually to the correct event.

You want to begin by selecting the event the contact is currently under. This could be all events, or you may wish to move a contact from one event to another. This selection field lives under General ---> Event. As you can see in the above screenshot I am going into my Film festival event and selecting the monitor icon to go inside the Fight club 2 profile edit, from here I select the general tab, under event I can mark the company to show under the relevant event. You can also select multiple events, this logic is applicable for any contact type in the system.

The same changes can also be made inside the profile under the general tab.
