Article Summary

You can get to the Production Schedule by going to Production -> Production Schedule or add somebody to a Production Task via editing their profile and going to the Production tab.

We have given our Contractors run sheet an update to bring it in line more with how the Shows calendar works. This will now enable you to map out your entire list of production schedule tasks before assigning contractors and crew to them.  The Production Schedule acts as a way to schedule tasks for your contractors and create for them an itinerary , which you can email them using the email template, 'Schedule'.  You can also view and edit these tasks on a dedicated calendar.

The best way to map out your production schedule is in the calendar view. Here you can click the + button on any timeslot and begin to plan your event.

Perhaps you create a task for the stage build, and then later when your contractors are confirmed you can add them to this task on the calendar.  This task will then be added to that contractors schedule.

Our default fields for this section include the activity, location, time and date and any notes. You can add any other fields you might find useful in this section via config and adding a custom profile field.

If your calendar is only set to the days of your event by default, but you wish to see the other days of the week to plot in pre and post production work, you can do this by clicking the Show All Days button .
