The registrations tab is where you can find all the entries related to that specific form. Every submission is recorded here and there are different filter tabs you can use to display only certain statuses of registrations:
Tabs
Paid - These are registrations who have paid in full if charged fields. If you have a ticket generated that is free, completed orders will also show here (Complete is the equivalent on forms with no cost fields)
Paid/Deposit - This shows registrations who have paid as described above AND those who have completed a deposit payment
Deposit - This will show registrations who have completed a deposit payment
Unpaid / Incomplete - This shows people who began to fill in the form, but for some reason did not complete it
Refunds - This shows registrations which have been refunded in full or in part
Resale - This shows registrations which have resold a ticket within our resellers section
All - This shows all of the above
Editing registrations
You are able to edit somebodies registration and by clicking the edit button you effectively see the form the way they would whilst submitting it. Any changes you make will remain when you submit the form. It will also resend any confirmation email upon submission.
Viewing registrations
Clicking view registrations will let you view the information the registrant has filled in.
Issuing refunds
You can issue a refund to a registrant if required, this is actioned directly via stripe. You have three options
Refund - This refunds an amount that you set and leaves any associated tickets valid for entry
Refund and Cancel - This refunds the full amount and voids any associated tickets
Log - If you have manually refunded somebody, in cash say but want to log this against the registration you can do this here
Marking as paid manually
The 'Paid' button will allow you to mark a registration as paid manually. Upon being marked as paid it will move to the paid tab and then also generate any tickets that are associated with the registration and send any confirmation email that is setup.
You can also use this function to mark someone as having paid just the deposit, if they part pay the amount.
