Reordering and setting venue colours

How do we re order our Venues on the calendar and change their colours?

To re order venues you need to use the "Display Order" Field

This will affect the order in which venues show in the various calendar views throughout the system.

Please ensure you do not mark multiple venues with the same numerical value.

An easy way to edit the display order is to go to your full venues list and use the inline edit feature. 

To do this use add columns and show the "Display order" under the venues tab. You can then click the empty box as shown in the image below and assign a display order number.
