Scanning Meal Tickets

To scan meal tickets you must first have setup a scanner user and logged in via the Festival Pro app. You can get this the ios store or the android play store. Just search for Festival Pro. 

Once setup and logged in you can go to the 3 lines on the top left and select events, once here you can choose to scan profile fields and select the meals that you wish to scan. These are shown below the list of your events as Profile- Meals 

The scanner will automatically check the date, and only validate scans whom have been allocated meal tickets for the current day and selected meal / profile field.

Please ensure you go into the Profile type you are using for meals and select ONE Meal type to scan for. If we refer to our example images -> If you highlighted Profile - Meals (in the first image) This WILL NOT WORK Instead we need to go into the option and select Profiles - Meal - Breakfast, this will work.

Please ensure you have a solid internet connection, a weaker connection is not the end of the world however sporadic connectivity will cause issues when scanning.
