Scheduling on the Festival Calendar
The festival calendar can be found in your menu under the artist tab. When you first click this you will be presented with the week overview of your scheduled artists. It is best to schedule and edit under Day view, you can enter any particular day view by simply clicking the name of the day.
Once you have added a new show you will be able to drag and drop the performance and any changes you make either to the length, the time or the stage will be immediately reflected in the artists profile and schedule.
To add a new performance you need to click the + arrow next to the time that you wish the show to occur. You may change the calendar intervals in your Config login -> Settings -> Calendar, but it defaults to 15mins. Upon adding a new show you will be greeted with a pop up which will let you search for the artist you wish to add to the stage schedule.
When you have typed in the name of the artist you will be able to select them via the 'Select Contact' dropdown menu.
You can set the length of the performance with the Duration Slider. You can always edit this afterwards by dragging the length of the show out.
You are also able to add a Dressing Room or Soundcheck time for the artist within this popup and set the Performance Type. Anything you add here will be reflected within the artist profile.
If you hover over the gear icon on a performance that has already been entered you will be presented with two icons. If you click the Pencil Icon, you will be presented with a screen whereby you can edit the information about this particular performance. If you click the monitor icon you will be taken to the Pop Up Panels, Artist Panel section where you can view and edit all information relating to the artist you have Selected,
