Searching A Form

Searching A Form- Keeping in mind the separation between Profile Fields and Form Fields it is sometimes necessary to search your form registrations and filter down the registrations in your list. You can do this using the Search Tab. If you want to search Profile Fields, please see either Advanced Search or Module Search.

Under the search tab you are able to search using a multitude of filters. You will see all the profile fields in your system on the tabs. So perhaps you want to see everyone who has filled in a form who is on the main stage, you could go to the artist tab and a search for this, reducing the results from the form registrations to those on the main stage only. This will work for any profile field that a form registrant has put against them.

If you need to search something that is not attached to their profile, but is something they have on their form, you can click into the Form Options tab. This will allow you to filter by any field that was on the form you are searching. 

It is possible to combine these searches, for example, everyone who on the form has selected Yes to T-Shirts, and in their profile is set to Main Stage.
