Sending an artist their schedule

Any time that a field with a date or date and time is attached to an artist, or in fact any contact, it will show in their schedule. For example when you assign a show time, a performance time, a hotel check in or ground transport pickup. 

These schedules can be sent to a contact via an email using the mail merge <?FUNCTION SCHEDULE?>  - We have a default email template called 'Schedule' which brings this mail merge in along with a link to view the up to date schedule.  Whereas an email will only display information assigned to the contact at time of sending, our template also includes a link to a schedule form, whereby the user can see a live schedule that will include any changes you may have made since sending the email.
