Sharing changes to profile fields with others

If you make changes to somebodies profile fields it is possible to share those changes with them or any contact that you wish to see the changes via an email notification. When updating within the popup window you will see a Share Changes button next to the Save button. Hitting Save will save the changes locally and will not send any notifications. If however you want to emails some contacts you can hit the Share Changes Button. 

Firstly make the changes that you need to the profile fields, then hit the share changes button.

This will bring up a menu which will has a few options for you to select before hitting the Save Button. 

Notes: Write a simple text note to accompany the changes

Email Subject: The subject of the email they get with the notification

Manual Email Addresses: Enter the email addresses you want to send this notification to if they are not in the users list

Users List: This will give the contacts of the profile you are changing and your internal team members to select to send this notification to.

The save button will take you back to the popup box and you'll notice the notes and subject area will appear at the button. When you now save the changes it will trigger an email to the people you selected.

The email they get will look something like this, with the original fields under the From column and the new changes in the To column. The fields altered will be highlighted in red.
