In this section you can set the information related to your event. This is the information that populates default fields and information across your system. Below you will see an example entry for this section.

  • The Dates of your event go here in text format
• FESTIVALSITEADDRESS:: The Big Farm, A Very Long Road, Made-Upyshire, R2D 2D2
  • This is what the system will use as your event site address
• FESTIVALLEGALADDRESS:: ExampleFest Ltd., Unit 8, Barrow Street, Updownton, Made-Upyshire, R2D C3PO
  • This is what the system will use on invoices as your legal office address
• FESTIVALLOGO::/public/583.png
  • This is your festival logo. The URL relates to the images name in your Public Files section. If you have uploaded a new logo to your public files, you can change to the new url here.
• EVENTNAME:: ExampleFest 2023
  • The name of your event
• FESTIVALWEBSITE:: www.examplefest.com
  • Your events website address 
• FESTIVALEMAIL:: info@examplefest.com
  • What email address can people contact you on

  • The background image used on your system. Like the logo this relates to the file name of the image in your public files.

The following items relate to where menu items point towards. By default the system will go to your volunteer registrations when you click the menu item Volunteer Applicants, or for your vendor application form registrations when you click the menu item for View Vendor Applicants etc...  You need not change this if you are using or editing our same default forms. If you setup a new form for these you can repoint the menu items by inserting the new form ID in here.  You can view a form ID by looking at the URL of the form.
