Vendor Panel Overview

Vendor Panel

In the pop up panel you can save information against a particular company or contact. For example giving and artist or contractor accreditation, or assigning their accommodation options. 

When you open up the pop up panel you will have a selection of sections in the drop down. These relate directly to the profile fields you have setup for this section.  In this section we will look at the default Vendor profile fields that come with festival pro, but if you have created custom fields then these will also show in the categories you set them up within.

You can access the panel pop up anywhere you see either the 'Schedule' button info button  or the monitor icon and it will bring up the panel to begin editing.

Confirm Vendor - Thischeckbox will confirm you vendor and take them from an applicant to a vendor that displays in your 'View all confirmed' menu. 

Trading Name - The trading name of the company, often collected and synched during the application process.

Type Of Stall - What will they be trading? You can edit these options in config -> profile fields ->vendor

Agreed Site Fee - Our default payment field, input here the amount the vendor is paying for their pitch/booth space

Electric Hookup - How much electric does this trader need, synched and collected from the returned vendor contract 

Size Of Site - How much space will they require, this can be synched and collected from the returned vendor contract

Width / Frontage Of Site - Internal notes for width/frontage size

Depth of site - Internal notes for the depth of site required 

Stage of vendor signup - A filter tag setting which you can use to set the stage this vendor is at within their process. Useful to set if you wish to search and filter by this at a later date.
