Volunteers Default Workflow

We know that every event is different and will have its own unique quirks and workflows, these default workflows are the recommended way to work within Festival Pro, but by no means the only way.  However we have set up the workflows based upon what the majority of events using our platform require.

Volunteers

1. Set up your application form and volunteer ticket / deposit if applicable

2. Get volunteers into your system usually via an application form 

3. Create your shifts

4. Assign Volunteers To Shifts

5. Check gaps in coverage using Shift Stats

6. Give volunteers a copy of their schedule
