Adding Contacts Via CSV

You are able to import contacts into Festival Pro via a CSV import.  You do this via your config login 

When importing you will be choosing which CSV columns you wish to import into which Festival Pro fields. You should marry up these fields accordingly.

You can import more fields than just the base contact, but it is important that any additional fields are in the same format of data as the festival pro system, for example performance time 08/27/2022 4:40 PM to 08/27/2022 4:50 PM.  If you are unsure of any formatting you can run a test export on a contact with your required fields populated to create a template to work from.

It is recommended that you import contacts basic information and then work within the system to assign more complex information to a contact.
