Restricting Via Scanner

You can restrict the scanner to allowing only certain tickets to be authorised by clicking the Events button under the menu. 

You will then be presented with a list of your forms which have some tickets generated upon them, clicking into an event will give you the option to select specific ticket from this form to accept through your scanner. 

If you don't select specific tickets, the scanner will scan through all tickets within that event. If you don't select any events, the scanner will scan any valid tickets in your platform.

Restricting Via Backend.

You can restrict what a logged in scanner will scan by default on the backend in the users panel. Note this can be overridden in the App menu if required. But it will allow you to limit what scans are allowed through per scan user, you can also use this to update peoples scan choices remotely providing the scanner is set to default scan all mode.

To do this you should click on the Scanning Options button against your Scanner usertype. You can find this under Config login and the Users Panel
