Article Summary


Depending upon how you've set your on completion settings, your confirmation email will be sent, along with any attached tickets to people who complete a form. In this tab you are able to to either write a confirmation email manually for this specific form, you can set the address it appears From and the Subject, writing the email in the text panel. Or you can use the Email Template dropdown to populate the email with text from another page or from a pre-prepared Email Template


Please note that emails will not be sent if you have not set a Subject for this confirmation email. 

Deposit Emails

If you have a ticket which is setup to allow people to just pay a deposit, then they will get a different email that those who pay the full amount, as often you will want to give these people different information.  These work with the same functions as the normal confirmation emails above.

If you have the option to request an invoice on your form, they will receive the email in the Deposit email box.

Please note, if these fields are left empty, no confirmation email / tickets will be sent
