Creating Tickets

  Tickets are generated via a form field. You can create a unique QR ticket against any field you create using the Ticketing Options section. Not that if you have put a cost against this field in Cost Options it will then be a paid for ticket.


Eticket templates

  You are able here to choose / edit the E-Ticket template. You can either edit the information on the ticket here directly. Or you can use a preset template, you are able to create these template in the Design Options.


Number of tickets per purchase

  Use this option to give people multiple tickets for one purchase.


Number of time scan be scanned

    You can choose here how often a ticket can be scanned. By default it will be scanned once and then a future scan will show an invalid, already scanned ticket. If you want the ticket to be able to be scanned multiple times, perhaps they will use the same ticket for entry on day two, you could set this to be scanned twice. 


    Re-sending tickets

     If you need to resend tickets, you simply need to resend the confirmation email (to which they are attached) you can do this either at the bottom of an individuals viewed form entry or in bulk at the bottom of a list of form registrations.
